DUE TO CURRENT PANDEMIC, WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS ANY REQUESTS FOR RETURNS.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, etc cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are custom-made, personalised or handmade products which may or may not have different customization options, including any configurations, inscriptions, or designs (such as engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, embossing, etching or carving), intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned after 30 days after delivery.
While every endeavour has been made to accurately reproduce colours, there may be minor variations in colour of the actual product because differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and colour settings and capabilities of monitors or Screens.
A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in colour as seen on a computer screen against the actual colour of the outfit received.
It is but obvious that Images are graphically enhanced for representative purpose and are glossy whereas Clothes are of Matte Finish.
Refunds (if applicable):
To complete your return, we require payment receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify that we have received the returned item. We will also notify about the approval or rejection of the refund.
The Final decision with regards to the refunds lies with the Management of Parsheen Enterprises Private Limited after fair consideration of the situation.
If refund is approved, then refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds:
If an approved refund has not been received yet, kindly check your bank account one more time for late updates of system.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Kindly contact your bank to inquire for clarifications & process of refund. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
